You agree to use our platform lawfully, not to post fraudulent listings, harass other users, or engage in any illegal activities related to real estate transactions.
Some services may require payment, including premium listings or featured properties. All fees are clearly displayed before payment. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment gateways.
All content on our platform, including property photos, descriptions, logos, text, graphics, and mobile application software, is owned by HOMEi or licensed to us. You may not use our content without explicit written permission.
HOMEi is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, property condition issues, transaction problems, or financial losses. We provide a platform for connection but do not participate in actual real estate transactions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for posting fraudulent listings, violating these terms, engaging in illegal activities, or any behavior that harms our platform or other users.
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Egypt.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Our HOMEi mobile application is subject to the same terms and conditions. Additional app store terms may apply based on your device operating system.
