HOMEi Account Delete - Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from HOMEi, please follow the steps outlined below.


How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to support@homei.online with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  2. In the body of the email, please include any information that we can use to identify your account.
  3. After receiving your request, we will send a confirmation email to ensure that the request was not made in error.

What Happens to Your Data

Upon receiving your request, we will delete your account and all associated data, including all orders. Please note that this action is irreversible.


Data Deletion Timeline

The actual deletion of your data will take place two weeks after we receive your request. This delay allows us to validate and process your request.
