# HOMEi (هومي)

> HOMEi (هومي) is an Egyptian real-estate investment platform founded in 2022. It neither builds nor sells ready-made units: HOMEi brings three parties into one project (the landowner, the contracting company and the investors) and manages the project to handover through its HOMEi Cloud system of four stages (preferences, grouping, selection, signing). Investors enter at HOMEi's price, below the market price; each investor's share of the land is recorded in a unit allocation contract, and every pound is tracked in the HOMEi app. In 3 years (as of 29 September 2026): 26 projects, 300 investors, 12 projects delivered, EGP 370 million in sales and 40 reinvestments. Its project areas include the Fifth Settlement (New Cairo) and 6th of October.
